[vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=\u00bb20px\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]En la propuesta enotur\u00edstica de este mes, nos trasladamos a la zona sur de nuestro territorio, concretamente hasta Cap\u00e7anes, para visitar el emblem\u00e1tico Celler de Cap\u00e7anes<\/span><\/a><\/strong>, la bodega cooperativa del municipio, de la cual es socia buena parte de su poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Fundada en el a\u00f1o 1933, no fue hasta media d\u00e9cada despu\u00e9s cuando la bodega arrancaba una exitosa carrera que dura hasta nuestros d\u00edas. Y todo gracias a la elaboraci\u00f3n de un tipo de vino que hoy es emblema de la bodega: los vinos kosher<\/em>. Uno de los primeros que embotellaron fue el Peraj Ha\u00b4abib 1995<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Hoy en d\u00eda, la producci\u00f3n de vino kosher<\/em> representa el 10% del total de los vinos producidos por el Celler de Cap\u00e7anes, posicionando la bodega como una de las elaboradoras de vinos kosher<\/em> de referencia a nivel mundial.<\/p>\n

Pero adem\u00e1s de vinos kosher<\/em>, en la bodega elaboran tambi\u00e9n una amplia gama de vinos convencionales, fundamentalmente con las dos variedades de uva tradicionales en nuestra zona, las garnachas y cari\u00f1enas, y especialmente de vi\u00f1as viejas y marcadas por la variabilidad de suelos de la zona, proporcionando complejidad y un perfil \u00fanico a los vinos de la bodega.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00bb2em\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=\u00bb5659087″ img_size=\u00bbfull\u00bb alignment=\u00bbcenter\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=\u00bb3em\u00bb]

Ofrecen un amplio abanico de actividades marcadas, fundamentalmente, por los vinos que se degustan. As\u00ed, podr\u00e9is disfrutar de una visita guiada a la bodega y, despu\u00e9s, probareis los vinos escogidos seg\u00fan vuestras preferencias, desde una cata tradicional hasta una cata premium, pasando por una cata de vinos kosher<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Con reserva previa, la bodega ofrece visitas de lunes a s\u00e1bado y en seis idiomas diferentes. Adem\u00e1s, dispone de un wine bar donde podr\u00e9is continuar vuestra estancia si quer\u00e9is disfrutar de un rato de relax o haceros con alguna botella de la bodega para llevaros a casa.<\/p>\n
