De hecho, estas \u00faltimas semanas de la temporada son las preferidas de todos aquellos que huyen del calor intenso y de las aglomeraciones de los meses de julio y, sobre todo, agosto. Para ellos es el vino que presentamos hoy:\u00a0<strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.domontsant.com\/botiga\/es\/tienda-online\/vino\/foxy-lady\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #cb053d;\">Foxy Lady<\/span><\/a><\/em><\/strong>, de <strong>Celler Comunica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Foxy Lady<\/em> es un rosado ecol\u00f3gico elaborado 100% con syrah que crece en tierras gran\u00edticas, arcillo calc\u00e1reas y pizarras. Es un vino que pasa 8 meses en dep\u00f3sitos de acero inoxidable sobre sus l\u00edas finas. Un vino donde predominan las notas de fruta, y donde podemos encontrar frutos rojos, cerezas y fresas, pero tambi\u00e9n alguna nota c\u00edtrica. Un vino tranquilo, fresco y ligero.<\/p>\n<p>A la hora de maridarlo, resulta ideal para acompa\u00f1ar pescados azules, como el salm\u00f3n o el at\u00fan, as\u00ed como mariscos. Dedicados al mundo del vino desde hace a\u00f1os en el asesoramiento profesional de bodegas en diferentes zonas vitivin\u00edcolas del Mediterr\u00e1neo, un d\u00eda decidieron que era el momento de poner en marcha su proyecto profesional. As\u00ed nac\u00eda Celler Comunica.<\/p>\n<p>Su filosof\u00eda pasa irrevocablemente por el terroir.
