{"id":5657654,"date":"2023-03-02T10:01:16","date_gmt":"2023-03-02T09:01:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.domontsant.com\/?p=5657654"},"modified":"2023-03-02T10:01:21","modified_gmt":"2023-03-02T09:01:21","slug":"el-vi-del-mes-laurona-de-celler-laurona","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.domontsant.com\/es\/el-vi-del-mes-laurona-de-celler-laurona\/","title":{"rendered":"EL VINO DEL MES: \u2018LAURONA\u2019, DE CELLER LAURONA"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\" id=\"wpb-content-root\">[vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=\u00bb20px\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]En la \u00e9poca romana, la zona de Montsant era conocida como Laurona y reconocida ya por la calidad y elegancia de los vinos que por aqu\u00ed se produc\u00edan.<\/p>\n<p>De aqu\u00ed proviene el nombre del vino de este mes: <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/domontsant.com\/botiga\/es\/tienda-online\/vino\/laurona\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #cb053d;\">Laurona<\/span><\/a><\/em><\/strong>, un vino tinto elaborado por <strong>Celler Laurona<\/strong>, y que es la representaci\u00f3n de toda una tradici\u00f3n milenaria. <em>Laurona<\/em> se elabora con 5 variedades, con predominio mayoritario de garnacha (40%) y cari\u00f1ena (25%). El 35% restante corresponde a las variedades syrah, merlot y cabernet sauvignon, todas procedentes de vi\u00f1as propias de la bodega.<\/p>\n<p><em>Laurona<\/em> es un vino con una crianza de entre 12 y 18 meses en barricas de roble franc\u00e9s, seguida de un segundo envejecimiento en botella de unos 4 a\u00f1os m\u00e1s. El resultado es un vino elegante y genuino, poderoso y estructurado. Un vino de un intenso y brillante color rojo rub\u00ed. En nariz, es un vino floral y muy afrutado, donde destacan frutas rojas y negras, as\u00ed como frutas confitadas que combinan a la perfecci\u00f3n con un fondo de violetas y eucalipto.<\/p>\n<p>Ya en boca, es un vino \u00fanico, elegante y aut\u00e9ntico. La bodega se fund\u00f3 en el a\u00f1o 1999, y se convirti\u00f3 en una de las primeras bodegas de la DO Montsant.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, la bodega pertenece a la familia Fischer, amantes del buen vino y el territorio. A lo largo de su trayectoria profesional han trabajado con vinos de alta gama de diferentes pa\u00edses en el mundo de la distribuci\u00f3n en Suiza desde principios de la d\u00e9cada de los a\u00f1os 70, aportando experiencia y conocimientos.<\/p>\n<p>La filosof\u00eda de Celler Laurona se basa en la honra de los or\u00edgenes y la historia de la viticultura tradicional y la vinificaci\u00f3n en la zona de Montsant. Sus vi\u00f1as se encuentran en parcelas situadas a los pies de la sierra de Montsant.
